I have no problem with a White House Chief of Staff being a woman, but she's 67 years old and in 2019 had to leave a lobbying firm, citing a nagging health concern. I think that the president elect should be focused on selecting younger pro-republicans to be part of his staff. Tulsi Gabbard is a good option.
