Trump once said a president under felony indictment would grind the government to a halt and create a constitutional crisis

same the same reason apply if he were president. He was talking clearly about a president under indictment…not someone running…his case will be cleared up by the time he were to take office
When's Trump plan on pleading guilty to multiple felonies? Is he tiring of Jack Smith rattling his cage?

when did i say he was gonna plea guilty? what are you talking about?

you think Jack Smith intends to continue his trail date passed the election? that might be the demafasict real goal here…you might be on to something

Very doubtful his cases will be cleared up by then. If he loses, he'll appeal. Even if he wins those 2 cases, it's looking very likely there are more indictments coming.

why won’t it be? Nov 2024 is a long way away. Why would Smith need to continue it that long?

if he loses and it’s appealed then he is no longer under indictment so his quote in the OP is not relevant

LOL

Your ignorance is off the charts. Trump remains indicted (charged) until the case is settled.

Of course there was a related felony law violated. Cohen went to jail for it. What the fuck is wrong with you?
We'll see. The FEC already said that Trump can do whatever he wants with HIS own money.
There is no election law violation. The state of NY can't make it one.
