That is not true....Biden never held the Taliban to the rules of the agreement...Trump did and that is why he cancelled three planned dates to pull out...after Trump wasn't in the scene is when the Taliban began their military push across southern Afghanistan....and Joe still pulled out...and left all of our weapons and equipment for China and the Taliban....a treasonous act...not a stupid phone call but an actual act of treason....

I wouldnt called them rules. I would call them commitments.
The only requirements made of the Taliban were to allow foreign forces and foreigners to evacuate safely. Also the Taliban must prevent terror groups like al-qaeda from operating in territory under their control. In exchange, the USA and other forces like NATO agree to leave by certain date. The afghan government wasnt ever part of Trump's negotiations, which gave the taliban the green light to take over. Trump likes the taliban anyways.
