Trump now more likely to win than ever

Political candidates have survived assassination attempts in the past. You know what they all have in common? Any politician who survives an assassination, wins the election.
Roosevelt and Ford did not

Until yesterday, I wasn’t one to LOVE Trump. I definitely thought that he was - and will be again - a very good president, whose policies helped America. But love? Too strong a word.

Now, though, I LOVE him. He has not only shown how tough and brave he is, and that he has the right instincts as a leader, but that he has the strength needed to combat the evil currently trying to destroy - oops, “transform” - America.

Others feel the same. The assassination attempt has ignited a determination to put Trump back in office, and Democrats will not be able to cheat enough to overcome it.

His brave and fearless response to a threat on his life was inspirational.

He demonstrated beyond a doubt that he is putting his cause far above his own personal interests.

While secret service agents tried to rush him off stage and into his bulletproof SUV, he held his head and his fist high multiple times, chanting "fight fight fight," after knowing he was shot, putting the Americans in the crowd first.

He is a fearless warrior and has proven himself to be a strong leader in the face of almost unimaginable danger....

Trump's not missing a beat... Biden goes brain dead for 12 days if he takes a trip. Trump gets shot and doesn't change his schedule...

Biden just can't win for losing. A story finally comes along that deflects from Biden's senility and troubles from his very own party asking him to step down and that narrative is now replaced with the appearance of how strong Trump is and an outgoing show of support for him from both democratic politicians and their bought and paid for media, as well as Biden being more or less forced to remove his attack ads against Trump. Karma is a real *****.

I think he was likely to win before this, but now it’s sealed.

It wasn't an assasination attempt. It was just a peaceful protest that got out of hand.

He was shot in the ear and he still managed to let his voters know that he cared for them and that he was alright by pumping his fist in the air! :)

When the secret service was trying to get him away Trump said "no. The people need to see me" that's when he stood up gave that fist pump and shouted "Fight Fight Fight" that's a leader. That's one for the history books.

That proved, in case there was any doubt, that Trump has the residence and strength to combat the anti-American forces that have infiltrated the Democrat Party.

I agree, he is.

I gained a modicum of respect for Trump yesterday. When he stood back up he looked both defiant and pissed off. That garners respect.

I will not vote for the man as his policies I cannot agree with, but I do agree with you that this pretty much sealed the deal.
What policies do you disagree with? Most people who are against Trump cannot formulate a coherent response . Can you do so honestly?

Yep a Republican that tried to murder the gop nominee
Voter registration means nothing. You can be a flaming liberal and register Republican to vote in the weakest candidate in the primaries. The same is true for conservatives. My father was a registered Democrat from the 1940s and I don't think he ever voted for one after 1960.
