This is what I know about it....correct me if i am wrong or missed something Rawley.
There was a (bogus) private suit by Trump, kids, and Trump org for the 10 billion in damages, because a guy from one of the IRS contractors stole the tax records of about 450,000 people and businesses, and released the the tax info to the press....not the dark web where their info could be sold etc.
The govt can't be sued for these kind of things, (especially where they did no wrong), the Doj usually files the motion to dismiss with the Court. But Todd Blanche, at the DOJ never filed the motion to dismiss on this private suit, which surprised the judge, so she ordered briefings to see what would make this case different or even being allowed under their rules and law....and instead of giving the Court the briefings of why this court suit should be allowed, the Trump team dismissed the case. They did not tell the court it was dismissed because they were settling the case.
The Doj Blanche made the decision on his own to settle with the PRIVATE CITIZEN TRUMP and private citizen Eric Trump and private business organization by giving him a slush fund to pay off 1/6 convicted criminals....including those who beat up Capitol and Metro police.....would not rule them out, but it is really for his 1/6 sycophants of 'doctors, lawyers, and Indian Chiefs' that helped him with his big lie with fake electors and other schemes and racked up lawyer fees....so that they and new others would help him again to try to steal an election because Trump is showing he'll take care of them....that, with the pardons ENCOURAGES CRIME!
My question is HOW DOES THIS SLUSH FUND for PRESIDENT Trump, have anything at all to do with settling PRIVATE CITIZEN Trump and private citizen Eric Trump, and his private business organization for having their personal taxes released by a contractor of which the Doj had no control over, and who did go to jail?
How is giving the PRESIDENT this kitty that has nothing at all in any way to do with the IRS and his tax disclosure, compensation for private citizens Donald and Eric Trump and business etc?
Don't you and any other Trumpers find that odd? Wrong? Ridiculous? Crooked?
And that's just the one part....
Then there is the illegal and crooked part with never being audited and trying to get out of the$100 million he owes in back taxes from a 2010 audit....holy crap Rawley....how much more crooked can Trump and his lawyer friend get?
