Politico reports that "A divided federal appeals court panel has again turned down President Donald Trump’s request to follow through with his effort to fire a federal official from a post overseeing enforcement of workplace protections for federal employees.

In an order released late Saturday night, a panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals voted, 2-1, not to disturb a temporary restraining order a lower court judge issued preventing Trump from moving forward with the removal of Office of Special Counsel chief Hampton Dellinger, an appointee of President Joe Biden."

I commend President Trump for using the legal approach.

Given Musk's "move fast and break things" mantra, I suspect the courts are going to be pretty busy for a while.

The courts will do their court thing, and it will resolve itself.

Trump is getting some things done, some matters the guv has had to go back and ask people to come to work, some of they are saying they want bi-annual contracts now, who knows how that will work.

Meister has no idea how it will turn out.

Neither do I.

the Trump admin expected more major push back and judicial lawfare from the corrupt leftists courts like the one you listed .. the SC will have a final say on the matter ..

You sure act like you do, and the higher courts are overturning your liberal judges so far, so there's that going for me.
You know so little. That is so obvious. Cons and libs overturn cases, yes. We will see what happens.

Well, to be clear, he used an illegal approach before he was sued, forcing the matter to go before those judges. But, thanks for the good news.
One day those judges will be begging for their lives. As we all get poorer and the radicals among them keep the movement going to do so. And it was Progs who started all of this.

No, Yidnar. The executive expected the court pushback, rightfully, so imo. No one knows just how far a GOP Congress will go. And can you be any more obvious than saying 'Scotus will decide.'

what else can be said ? ultimately its the SC that decides what is and isn't Constitutional ..

Everything is proceeding as Trumpfy doubtless anticipated .

You can see how concerned the Troll Bots here are ( Horsey Horse and Burger) as suddenly their criticisms become more muted and even deferential .
