Trump Isn't Perfect

But I'll settle for the vision held by Trump and his team for a free, secure, strong, prosperous America that promotes liberty, choices, options, opportunity, prosperity for all Americans in a peaceful world.

This ^
I have to say that free speech, and the promise of observing the Constitution, was my choice.

Democrats put an anti-free speech advocate on the Supreme Court, and passed a law forbidding free speech:
. Under Democrat/Liberal LBJ, the law was passed that deprived pastors 2of their right of free speech.
What possible compelling government interest could this represent????

The 1954 federal Johnson Amendment prohibits a pastor from talking about candidates from the pulpit in light of Scripture. Thus, based on what a pastor says about an election from the pulpit, the tax code allows the government to tax a church. Consider that in light of the Internal Revenue Service's increasingly vague regulations, and you have a recipe for the censorship of religion. The IRS, through those vague regulations, reserves for itself tremendous discretion and power to decide which churches to punish for violations of the Johnson Amendment and which not to punish.”
Why don't churches pay taxes?

Any reading of the first amendment will prove this to be unconstitutional.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

"My Administration is also defending religious liberty, and that includes the Constitutional right to pray in public schools. In America, we do not punish prayer. We do not tear down crosses. We do not ban symbols of faith. We do not muzzle preachers and pastors. In America, we celebrate faith. We cherish religion. We lift our voices in prayer, and we raise our sights to the Glory of God!"

Trump, SOTU 2020

And what will you do, if Trump can't carry out his vision?
Did Trump do it in 2016? No....
Why do you expect him to do it in 2024
"Did Trump do it in 2016?"

You forgot????

You left out a team that when the American people rejected Trump in 2020, insisted that he should remain in power after the American people chose someone else.

History taught that even the greatest leaders can be rejected by the people.

How Did Churchill Lose The 1945 General Election?
The Labour Party won the general election decisively, winning 393 seats, while the second-placed Conservatives only secured 197.

And when rejected, they are expected to peacefully walk into the sunset.
There are millions who still believe Trump did not lose the 2020 election fair and square. And no evidence has surfaced in the last four years to change their belief.

I am one on the "I don't know if there were enough fraudulent votes to change the outcome" side. But I know with no qualifications that there were a lot of fraudulent ballots.

But maybe it was part of some greater design too. Maybe we needed the four disastrous destructive years of the Biden Administration to wake the people up. Trump is enjoying his highest favorability ratings ever and will almost certainly receive a lot more support for his vision and agenda than in his first term. The people by and large like everything he is selling.

They by and large like nothing the Democrats are selling.

Satan? Grow up. You live in the 21st century, you can read and you're more than nine years old.
The Left, Communists, Nazis, Democrats, follow what Karl Marx preached.

More that interesting is that Marx worshipped the Devil.

Marx wrote poetry, and in one, "The Fiddler," we find

"Why do I fiddle? Or the wild waves roar?

That they might pound the rocky shore,

That eye be blinded, that bosom swell,

That Soul's cry carry down to Hell."

"Fiddler, with scorn you rend your heart.

A radiant God lent you your art,

To dazzle with waves of melody,

To soar to the star-dance in the sky."

"How so! I plunge, plunge without fail

My blood-black sabre into your soul.

That art God neither wants nor wists,

It leaps to the brain from Hell's black mists.

"Till heart's bewitched, till senses reel:

With Satan I have struck my deal.

He chalks the signs, beats time for me,

I play the death march fast and free.

There is no way to separate communism, socialism, Progressivism, the Democrat Party, and, therefore, no way to ignore their ties to Satan.

It is of interest that the godfather, maybe even the god, of the above, Karl Marx, had a fascination with Satan. Clearly, Marx believed in the existence of Satan.

Which party did you say you support?

And by "Trump," I am referring to not only his aims and interests, but those of his management team, too.

1. In Genesis we see why he was the better choice for President:
The fact is that the Left has never learned wisdom from the Bible. In Genesis we find the view that individuals should be judged vis-a-vis the era in which they live and in comparison to others.

“Noah w’as a righteous man in his generations.” is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. Genesis 6:9

It doesn't say Noah was perfect, or holy....simply that he was better than his contemporaries.

Just like Trump.

2. In one way, Trump is like Calvin Coolidge:
In January 1925 President Calvin Coolidge—nicknamed “Silent Cal” for his taciturnity—declared, “The chief business of the American people is business.”

3. But what is best for buisness doesn't always align with MAGA.....making America great for all Americans.

4. What I have in mind here is the question of H1-B visas.
An H-1B visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows US employers to temporarily hire foreign workers in specialty occupations.

"Trump hired venture capitalist Sriram Krishnan as a senior policy adviser for artificial intelligence, Politico notes, after Krishnan advocated for getting rid of country caps for green cards and skilled immigration, like through H-1B visas."
Forbes.

5.The claim is that tech and finance needs these well-trained Chinese and Indian individuals, so lets get rid of the cap, letting them flood in and make America the most advanced nation on Earth.

6. But the criticism is that in reality, big business simply wants workers who get 30%-40% less than American professionals.
That doesn't make America great, just better for busines.
And we have well trained Americans, who simply will want higher pay.....they are Americans and they need to be protected.

7. The point is, Trump and the Republican party is way better for America than the Left/Democrats.
Just not in everything.

And we need to remember what the first Republican President said:
"Stand with anybody that stands RIGHT. Stand with him while he is right and PART with him when he goes wrong."
Abraham Lincoln, Speech at Peoria, Illinois (October 16, 1854)
Well,…… allowing 12 million illegals in the last four years, doesn’t help your argument. So technically speaking, you are incorrect

??? I don't see the correlation between 12 million illegals and PC's argument.

(I also think that 12 million is a really REALLY conservative, maybe made up estimate of how many illegals Biden has allowed in. There might be as many as 12 million got-a-ways alone.)

All of which of course supports and affirms Trump's agenda to begin sending those millions back to where they came from beginning with those we KNOW are dangerous to America/Americans. Will he make some mistakes in the process? Almost certainly he will. Will he need some trial and error as to the best way to be most effective in the process? Almost certainly he will.

Good people will support him in the effort though. And the anti-Americans/never-Trumpers will be making countless threads holding up the blips here and there as failure of everything he and his team will be doing.

Where does the 16th amendment give exceptions to churches?

When they talk about GOD, they have ony to render unto GOD.
When they talk about Ceasar, they have to render unto Ceasar.

You lost, Go home and pout on your mommy’s sofa…
I posted a whole thread acknowledging that we lost, this has nothing to do with tRump not being capable of carrying out his duties.

The first amendment doesn't need exceptions for any citizen, you Nazi.

Free speech covers every sort of speech with the exceptions outlined in Brandenburg.

You need a lesson in what free speech entails/

That's why I'm here....noblesse oblige.....

Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969) A state may not forbid speech advocating the use of force or unlawful conduct unless this advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.

Brandenburg v. Ohio | 395 U.S. 444 (1969)

Justia U.S. Supreme Court Center

The Supreme Court…before Obama/Kagan fascists declared that the government can restrict free speech, made clear what the test should be.

Brandenburg v. Ohio
The Brandenburg test (also known as the imminent lawless action test)[edit]
The three distinct elements of this test (intent, imminence, and likelihood) have distinct precedential lineages.

Judge Learned Hand was possibly the first judge to advocate the intent standard, inMasses Publishing Co. v. Patten,[10] reasoning that "f one stops short of urging upon others that it is their duty or their interest to resist the law, it seems to me one should not be held to have attempted to cause its violation". The Brandenburg intent standard is more speech-protective than Hand's formulation, which contained no temporal element.

The imminence element was a departure from earlier rulings. Brandenburg did not explicitly overrule the bad tendency test, but it appears that after Brandenburg, the test is de facto overruled. The Brandenburg test effectively made the time element of the clear and present danger test more defined and more rigorous.
