Trump is right about the enemy within, the military should be used

We have to face the enemy, whether they are abroad or at home. They've done enough damage to America already. This is more proof that on election day there really is only one choice for America.

---Trump suggests using the military to address the enemy from within---

Already authorised by Biden; to use lethal force against US citizens in the US.

(c) Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality, or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated. Such use of force must be in accordance with DoDD 5210.56, potentially as further restricted based on the specifics of the requested support.

(d) Provision or use of DoD unmanned systems in the United States except as delegated by the Secretary of Defense pursuant to the October 31, 2023 Secretary of Defense Memorandum.

Meanwhile, not a one of these leftist chickenshits has acknowledged that Biden/Harris enacted the change to the law that will allow the military to kill American citizens.
I know, right? Remember, they do what ever they accuse you of.

of course Garland was, heck they were going after trump well before the illegal appointment of Smith, but moreover, Garland answered to the President, who was well aware of it.
That word salad contains no evidence Biden influenced Garland's decision to name Smith SC.

who does Garland work for? Who appointed him?
Neither of those questions offers a shred of evidence that Biden put pressure on Garland to "go after" trump for political reasons. I mean, I know you folks are prone to believe every baseless conspiracy theory you hear. But at some point there has to be some substantiation. Where is it?

what are you talking about? Garland works for Xiden

Yes, Garland is subordinate to Biden. What evidence do you have Biden ordered the prosecution?

Sure, he decided to wait until Trump announced on his own?

WASHINGTON — Immediately after Merrick B. Garland was sworn in as attorney general in March of last year, he summoned top Justice Department officials and the F.B.I. director to his office. He wanted a detailed briefing on the case that will, in all likelihood, come to define his legacy: the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol.

Even though hundreds of people had already been charged, Mr. Garland asked to go over the indictments in detail, according to two people familiar with the meeting. What were the charges? What evidence did they have? How had they built such a sprawling investigation, involving all 50 states, so fast? What was the plan now?

The attorney general’s deliberative approach has come to frustrate Democratic allies of the White House and, at times, President Biden himself. As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments. And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6.

The Trump campaign that isn’t

Trump announced his third presidential campaign on Nov. 15 from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, giving a long-winded speech in which he said he is seeking a return to the Oval Office “to make America great and glorious again.”

Since then, Trump has not held any formal campaign events. He has not traveled to early voting states, made any major staffing announcements or done much of anything to scare off would-be rivals.

Instead, he’s been making headlines for controversies including dining with a white nationalist and calling to suspend the rules of the Constitution to redo the 2020 election.

  1. He was trying to insulate himself from prosecution. Trump has myriad legal problems. Perhaps most seriously he is facing a) a special counsel investigation into his handling of classified documents and b) a Department of Justice investigation into his activities before, during and after the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol. I would not put it past Trump to make this calculation: It’s harder for the feds to indict me when I am actively running for the presidency than if I’m not. If they do it, it will look like they are trying to put their hand on the scale of a coming election, which is a bad look.
