As for the timing of the indictments, the announcement of his candidacy came unusually early. If you are asserting Garland was aware of Smith's work, and gave the go ahead for an indictment once the grand jury had completed its work, of course. But you have no evidence Biden picked up the phone and told Garland to go after trump for political purposes.

Ok, if that's the case then why isn't Trump currently sitting in a jail cell? Why wasn't Trump arrested immediately after Biden stepped into office? Why is it that even after Trump has been indicted his judge in the case is still iffy about sentencing him, even though that typically is what happens after an indictment? If Biden was actually using all his levers of power in the ways Trump is accusing him of he would be in jail cell long ago. Do you not see how Trump's entire narrative completely falls flat on it's face?
