Too bad for the lib OP, that Canadas effort will be Trumped by more affordable coal, that has readily available plant in which to generate power. The green initiative will quickly become economically unfeasible.

Trump isn't going to make coal more affordable. Trump doesn't sell coal, nor does he mine it. The coal industry is on its death bed. US coal fired plants are switching to natural gas because fracking has made it the cheaper, cleaner choice.

Markets are drying up. Even the Chinese are giving up on coal because the smog and pollution is killing their population, and the air in big cities is becoming unbreathable.

Plus, there is much, much more money to be made in the conversion to sustainable fuel sources than there is in carbon based fuels. Promoting coal at this point is the equivalent to making horses and buggies cheaper and more readily available in the early 1990's.
