You have no ******* clue that while Obama didn't authorize the U.S. military to directly sell lethal arms to Ukraine, the State Department in fact DID sign off on PRIVATE U.S. CONTRACTORS selling directly to Ukraine. This way there needed to be no formal, official public acknowledgement or declaration and thus the Obama Administration kept it's nose squeaky clean. Obama was a master at this sort of thing as was exemplified in his merging of big business with the government by bailing corporations out with U.S. tax dollars. This private/public cooperation process was part of his legal expertise. Today the lines between government and private corporations are ever more blurred as a result of both Obama's and Biden's meddling with the protocols of governmental and corporate law. A clever loophole created by a genius lawyer that allows corporations to get rich while serving the government's interests...without anyone having any accountability.

Trump sent Javelin missiles to Ukraine as an official military transference. Under Obama the State Department authorized PRIVATE transference of weapons directly from U.S. manufacturers. This way there would be no official record and the Obama administration could keep its nose squeaky clean while helping U.S. contractors to get rich. Obama was a mastermind at using our government to help corporations since day one. the only catch was the dealings of the corporations had had to serve the agenda of the government.
