Your list is quite specific and POTUS isn't on that list. OTOH, the Constitution clearly defines the qualifications to run for and hold that office.

He didn't have to create it. He only had to provide aid and comfort.

He provided aid by being derelict of duty by taking no action for hours to get them out of tbe Capitol; and he provided comfort by telling them these are the things people do when elections are stolen and how he loved them.
