As for 'trans women invading women's spaces', its overblown. Who really cares is a trans woman is taking a shit in a neighboring stall? And trans women in sports? Most folks have never even met a trans woman athlete. It just doesn't impact their lives with any regularity.

But bodily autonomy? Women's rights being stripped from them by old white men, so they can be turned into crimes by other old white men? No exception for child rape survivors? There still were some allowed their Title8 rights, under our laws that Trump had to take, who could not be rejected by title42.

Those undocumented immigrants who had to be given their title 8 rights ...Trump arranged to stay in Mexico camps, until their required hearings in immigration court, of which COVID brought to a snails pace causing years more waiting time. Those camps became over crowded, unsanitary, unsafe...especially for women and children and downright cruel in many ways, perhaps initially unforseen when they were first created....perhaps not, and cruelty was the aim.....

Biden did stop the held in Mexico program Trump created previously, for cruelty, and humanitarian reasons.

Then when COVID was officially over, Title 42 ended as well.

So not only were those who were qualified for Title8 hearings held in Mexico under Trump years, came to the border for entry, all the title 42 rejections under Trump and then Biden also rushed to the Border to retry for Title8, along with the regular new caravans of immigrants seeking refuge.

Thus the gazillion trillion million of immigrants rushing the border under Biden....he got his flow of asylum seekers and all of Trump's.

(There were other policies of cruelty that Trump and Sessions tried prior to what I mentioned above, like their child separation policy, and closing the legal border crossings to asylum seekers and forcing them to cross in to the USA outside of the legal border crossing, only to arrest them for it, and taking their children away due to their new Zero Tolerance policy)

Nope. Sorry, but the President can close the border without legislation - protecting the border is a core executive function.
