Trump is hurting the Republican Brand

Poll: Majority Says Trump is Hurting GOP Brand

58 percent of adults say that Trump has marred the GOP's reputation, compared to just 24 percent who say he is helping its image.

Republicans are divided on the question, with 43 percent saying Trump is helping the GOP's image and 40 percent saying that he has hurt it.

Of all Americans, about half - 52 percent - say his language is offensive, while 43 percent say he's "telling it like it is."

But among all adults, Trump has a 27 percent positive favorability rating/ 55 percent negative rating.

He could poll 90% agreement or he could poll 20%. He's a carnival barking, egotistical, ugly MF!!

Agree...he is an ugly man

More on the inside than the outside

and Hillary is not ugly inside and out? Come on, stop the foolishness. You make yourself look like a complete idiot. She is the most untrusted of any candidate from either party. Liar, criminal, corrupt, demented, angry, disrespectful. That bitch is not qualified to pick up dog shit at the local animal shelter.

OH BS, the left was so informed on the issues they based their vote on where Romney transported his dog.

No they based their vote on issues like Romney's desire to end Medicare

I thought that the left would be all over getting rid of medicare with the new and improved Obamacare (sic).

No, I still think that the liberal left went no deeper then "magic underwear."

Why would liberals vote for a conservative?

They are finally tired of broken promises?
Well yes, but Trump is hardly the harbinger of achievable promises. But, yeah, after decades of being told "we'll end abortion on demand," or "we'll balance the budget with no new taxes," and "taxcuts pay for themselves," and "deficits don't matter, Reagan taught us that," "the crash was caused by loans to poor people,".... the gig's up for the gop establishment.

I've said it before and missed but I hope you're right. Since Ronald Reagan's massive tax cuts for the wealthy and things like his cutting government support for mental institutions whereby increasing the number of homeless in the streets of all the big cities, his quadrupling the national debt in 1980's dollars etc. I quit the party. I've not voted for a Republican in a national election since 1980 and I won't vote Republican again if I live to 100.

Funny, you post this bullshit while Obama and the hildebeast have virtually destroyed the dem party. The party of Kennedy and Truman no longer exists. It is now the Alinsky party and you fools just go right along with it.

Liberalism is truly a mental disease.

Nice to hear you approved of Kennedy....at least that's what I read into it. That's one thing Democrats have done all my life.....fund big government undertakings. The last time a Republican president advocated and supported a big government undertaking was Eisenhower and the Interstate highway program. They're too busy cutting any kind of assistance to the common man and working on more tax cuts for the wealthy...that's what the party has morphed into. That's why I no longer have anything to do with them. If we had seen all Republican administrations since the 1950's Russia would have a colony on the moon and we would be twiddling our thumbs and learning to speak their language.

The Kennedy/Johnson space endeavors and necessary miniaturization of electronic components, pieces and parts brought about the age we live in now, right down to the PC we're using to access the world wide web. and communicate with one another. The first few non orbital space shots used vacuum tubes and 1940's circuitry. It's mind boggling what the field of electronics has accomplished in the last fifty years.

Nay, Gertrude...he is exposing the democrat brand...feckless, disinterested, disengaged, fearful, pro Muslim. Anti Christian.

You won't have to concern yourself with that. I live in a state which has been killing any vote I've cast forever. Tennessee is bright red but it sure as hell hasn't kept me from voting.

Dems are doing just fine....winning the popular vote in four of the last five elections
They have reached a point where they have a nearly insurmountable lead in electoral votes. Starting with 242/270 needed

Republicans start with only 179 from their red states

The majority of our immigration over the last 50 years has been Third World, and it has hurt the country and helped the Dems.

The majority of immigration has ALWAYS been Third World, dipshit. And it made us the greatest country on the planet for all time. It is precisely what makes us so exceptional. We are a nation of mutts, and we kick ass.

IT'S THE TAX CUTS STUPID!!!!!

OK, let me get a few things straight. For the last 9 years democrats have not been in charge??? That for the last 7 it has not been a democrat in the white house? That there not another thread where the liberals are bragging about how many elections they have won? That in fact Hillary Clinton is dead broke?

What is it with the liberal left? Too much money?

You bigots have always claimed that immigrants are hurting our country

Yes, yes, we know that you are breathing, you don't need to demonstrate that.

The majority of our immigration over the last 50 years has been Third World, and it has hurt the country and helped the Dems.

They are not winning a Debate of Ideas, they are importing people with Third World Cultures and Politics who find their politics a natural fit.

We have the strongest economy in the world

How has our immigration policies hurt that other than to bigots like yourself?

Reducing Social Capital and messing up our politics, ect.

As you well know with your gloating of the coming One Party State you love so much.

That would not be the case without all the Third World Voters you have imported.

Reducing Social Capital?
Where did you get that bullshit?

The only reason we would go to a one party state is due to ineptness from the Republican Party.....now, we shouldn't reward ineptness should we?

DOn't be silly.

You know it doesn't have anything to do with Republican "ineptness" or Democratic "eptness". If it was that, that's an election or two, till someone new comes along with some new ideas.

YOu've been gloating that "the next Republican President hasn't been born yet".

That's at least 35 years, and likely to be much, much longer.

It'll be the One Party State you want, with all that entails.

As to Social Capital being bullshit, you're being silly again. Surely you've notice that our nation is being torn apart?

If there were no Republicans who in the hell would the democrats blame for their failures?

No they based their vote on issues like Romney's desire to end Medicare

I thought that the left would be all over getting rid of medicare with the new and improved Obamacare (sic).

No, I still think that the liberal left went no deeper then "magic underwear."

Oh for christs sake the gop has been leading you guys of for decades. The only difference now is the TP is saying "no more." However, they don't have the votes to do anything more than to derail legislation favored by the maj

In a government with separation of powers, you cannot be 'in charge' unless you control at least both the executive and legislative branches.

Times change.

This isn't the Industrial Revolution. We don't need boatloads of mill workers or farmers to fill empty frontiers.
Well your point has only proven you to be ignorant, or a liar.

BTW, who do we need?

Oh, we have empty frontiers that need filling? We have an Industrial Revolution going on that needs large numbers of unskilled workers?

Unskilled being key. The rich in this country(Republicans) are working toward a Lord/Serf society. No middle class, just rich and poor:

So no one is in charge so blame Republicans, gottja. Obama is just a figurehead, gottja.

And yet, even though democrats controlled both houses from 2006 to the end of Bush's term they had nothing to do with the bubble burst in 2008, quite interesting the double faced liberal logic.
