Trump is doing what the voters want him to do

You are the dumbest piece of shit that I have ever seen. Putin is a dictator who jails or even murders his political opponents. He bombs innocent people. Putin started this war and Trump wants to make sure that Putin profits from it. This is Neville Chamberlain all over.
Zelensky bombed his own people too. He cancelled elections, jailed opposition, killed journalists, and remained in office after his term expired.

Yet your only response is to yell about Putin. Am I advocating sending weapons and money to Putin? No. Am I claiming Russia is a bastion of democracy? Nope.

I simply refuse to go along with your lie that Ukraine is a democracy or that I should want to defend them in their war to kill ethnic Russians in the Donbas and Crimea regions that want to be separated from Ukraine.

What matters is that the war started when Russia invaded Ukraine.

because Zelensky refused the peace deal. I posted that yesterday, why'd you ignore it?

Read your own post. It says, "Zelensky changed course on Monday, ditching the demand for Putin's ouster before peace talks."

what do you think that means? summarize it for me.

It means that Zelensky became more willing to compromise with Putin. I see no moral reason for compromise. The Russian invasion of Ukraine was unprovoked and unjust.

Except he didn't, that was the point.

Wrong. The war started in 2014 when the West supported overthrowing their democracy and installed a puppet regime. It started a civil war, and Russia got involved because Kiev was killing ethnic Russians.

You can deny reality all you want, but that doesn’t make your fictional historical account the whole truth.

If what you say is true, the Ukrainian resistance to the Russian invasion would not be as substantial as it is.

the Maidan Revolution or the Ukrainian Revolution, when deadly clashes between protesters and state forces in the capital Kyiv culminated in the ousting of President Viktor Yanukovych, the return to the 2004 Constitution of Ukraine, and the outbreak of the 2014 Russo-Ukrainian War.

In November 2013, a wave of large-scale protests known as "Euromaidan" began in response to President Yanukovych's decision not to sign a political association and free trade agreement with the European Union (EU), instead choosing closer ties to Russia....

The next day, 22 February, the Ukrainian parliament voted to remove Yanukovych from office by 328 to 0 (about 73% of the parliament's 450 members).

Russia was never threatened by events in Ukraine.

The President was overthrown because he refused to sign a trade deal with Europe.

You’re telling me that lead to a grass roots revolution? It was all leftwing media and NGO influence, and the US State Department. Why couldn’t they wait for the next election? So now coups and insurrections are okay? That’s “democracy”?

I didn’t claim Russia was threatened. The ethnic Russians in Donbas region called bullshit on the coup and said it was illegal. So they wanted to separate from Ukraine and become independent or join Russia. But we don’t like that kind of democracy do we? So we support Kiev dropping bombs on their homes.

If you want to provoke Russia, one sure way to do it would be to start killing Russian speaking people.

Fuck around, find out.

You sure the Ukrainians really want to fight this war? Millions of Ukrainians fled the country because they didn’t want to fight Russia. Zelensky had to use conscription to get fodder for the front lines, after he got as many Jews out of the country as he could. He cancelled elections because he is deeply unpopular. He plans on sending all Christian Ukrainians to their death because he gives up the war. He now remains in office long after his term expired. He is a dictator now, that’s a fact.
