That’s not packing the court. Packing the court is increasing the number of justices to change the ideological bent of the court (Like FDR) that’s not what happened. Garland was nominated in March long before anyone was voting let alone us knowing what the outcome of the election would be. You can make the argument that McConnell was wrong I guess but legally he wasn’t nor was it the first time it happened.
