Yet you clowns want to extend that to things like bump stocks that did not exist when the founding fathers lived. Actually that is easy. Computers and phones are modern day versions of what existed back then. Bump stocks are gun accessories not guns so they are not covered under the second amendment. The founding fathers had no conception of this so bump stocks are not covered under the 2nd Amendment so they can be banned.
