You don't know where to shop, WinCo has the best prices. Safeway is not bad if you use the app for just certain things. My concern is beef is really crappy now since Biden was president. He really fucked that up, it's going to take years for Trump and the Republicans to fix Biden's mess.

WinCo is very reasonable. I shop at Fred Meyer which is a Kroger store in part due to their very high quality meat. And they have stunning sales prices.

Kroger's outlets have great products.

Their sales and loyalty card programs are great.

They need to be because their prices have gone up the last year significantly.
