And that doesn't tell the whole story, 1st offense can be fines and up to 6 months in jail. It's up to CBP if they're charged criminally or civilly.

Keep in mind that photo is over 20 years old. It says US Customs Service. That was dissolved 22 years ago to form ICE. So the $5000 fine it says on that sign would be equal to over $10,000 today.

Close the border, we're not going to have a never ending flow of illegals here to bolster the dem voter rolls.
Limited federal benefits. They have to work, and contribute. We're not going to being in 20M people and just put them on the government dole and get them used to receiving federal benefits, and then want to vote to keep those federal benefits coming.
They have to learn English and show they want to integrate into American society as an American.
NO remittances. If you want to be an American, then you need to work, and pay taxes, and invest yourself IN America, not be working here and sending money back to mexico where one day you plan to return to.
No felonies. No drugs. If you get convicted of a drug offense...other than Marijuana, no deal. If you are convicted of a felony...no deal.
And lastly, we have to open the door in the same fashion to likely republican voting countries...and give them the same deal......what....you didnt think I was going to agree to a permanent democrat voter base did you? Hell no, it needs balance. We see the lefts goal...no thanks. Importing voters, even in the long term, is a non starter.

They tried to put him in prison based on frivolous charges, they raided his home based on a bogus search warrant that was applicable to Biden and when that didn't work they set him up for two assassination attempts.
