Well, it has now been 9 months and nothing has been accomplished, meaning that there is no real negotiation happening, no?

Having said that, I am not about judging people other than those that are in a position to affect me, my family, my friends, my community and my nation, meaning that I go public against those that have none of those 4 basics of life that I consider essential to being a good human being, but ignore those that don't.
Now, I am all about data, statistics and facts as that is what has ruled my life and the guidelines I follow. My personal desires, wants, and opinion are secondary to the former.
You presented 3 links and I will admit that the first link (with the information about funds being sent to HBCU's) was a bit of a pleasant surprise. Nonetheless, this is more about Marco Rubio than it is about Trump, and my opinion of Rubio is nowhere near as bad as it is for Trump, meaning that the surprise is not great. Nonetheless, I do appreciate you giving me that information as I will factor it in to my thinking.
As far as Trump paying the troops, that goes to support my claim (not yours) given that Dictators NEED the troops to back him up, so paying them (but no one else) would suggest he is being a dictator.
The last link about the farmers is PURE BULLSHIT because it is about "beginning" farmers getting help. Of course, he needs farmers to start farming businesses so helping the beginners is no surprise. By the same token, he is not helping (he is doing the opposite) with the existing farmers that are getting killed with the tariffs. He has not helped them at all. In fact and with what he has done with President Milei of Argentina (who he supports as he is also right wing and a dictator-to-be) is send him $20 billion dollars to support Argentina's farmers, which are actually hurting our farmers as they farm soybeans and China is now buying its soybeans from Argentina and not from us.
Having said all of the above, now show me that you too are a person that is not biased and blind-by-choice and that makes his decisions based on Facts and not on fiction!!!!!
