Biden wasn't "just a Senator and not entitled to them". Biden was the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and as such would have been a member of the "Gang of Eight" - the top security officials in the nation.

Trump isn't on trial because he took the classified documents. He's on trial for REFUSING TO RETURN THEM, lying about them and obstructing justice. If, at any point before the FBI searched Mar-a-lago, Trump had returned the documents, he would not have been charged.

Trump worked really, fucking hard to get himself arrested on this one. It was deliberate. He wanted to play victim so he did it on purpose. Biden, Pence and Clinton didn't "steal" anything. They had no idea they had classified documents, and when they were found, they cooperated with the FBI and returned the documents immediately.
