Trump fights in document case, while democrats get pass for stolen or destroyed Classified documents

Again...whatever the outcome in the blob’s case...we really need to tighten this shit up. Its unthinkable that we have let it go on this long.
Lemme guess, you're suggesting it gets "tightened" up beginning with Trump. Or should all give up their classified docs? Do we start with Obama? Bush? Hell, Carter probably has a few. And can't forget Hillary.

Its really something...the dis/mis information you’re trying to spread.

Bye shit brains.

What you’re ignoring is that when asked to return documents, Biden, Pence, et. al. returned them.

The Blob? He hid them, lied about them....instructed others to lie about them etc...

Nobody is above the law...its just that nobody else other than your blob lied to authorities and keep the documents.

What is never talked about though is that the White House and Congress need to really ramp up the power of the National Archives to compel all documents get returned in a timely fashion. This is not hard folks.

Only in the upside down world of leftard land can you commit a crime and say I’m sorry and you get off while they persecute a republican.

When you give money to a campaign, the candidate can’t use it to pay hush money to a porn star as your blob did.
No such thing as hush money. If you think so, link to the law that uses that term. You use it to imply it was morally and legally wrong what Trump did. it is not.

Campaign money was not use to pay for the non-disclosure agreement. Says so right on the checks that were posted in these threads. It came out of a legal trust.

Of course it’s an entirely different question...”Why would someone who calls themselves a christian vote for someone who paid a porn star for sex in the first place?”
Now candycorn is just showing of his/her stupidity.

In the first sentence it is hush money, in the second sentence it is a payment for sex. Make up your mind.

Both sentences are wrong, paying for a non-disclosure agreement is just that, nothing more.

I’m not naming anyone’s names but we shouldn’t have top secret documents in people’s private houses whether it’s Trump, Obama, President Harris, whomever.

Its bizarre that anyone even takes your blob seriously but I guess he’s the best the Republicans can offer. What is really funny is how much we heard about this “deep bench” the GOP supposedly had. A 91X indicted whoremonger is your best bet?

So that’s a hard no on the requested law.
Already knew you would babble on incoherently and not post it.

Yep, a president that started no wars, negotiated peace, lowered taxes, brought the cost of living down, managed the worst pandemic in many our lifetimes, began the process of bringing jobs home, prevented terrorism on our shores, got no ambassadors killed, and did not use the office of the presidency to make himself filthy rich like Clinton and Obama.

Yes, that is the best we could do.

Not only did he do none of that but he ran up $8T in new debt to do it.

more dumbness from the dummy, much of any debt is debt incurred or built into the budget by previous administration, like the ObamaCare trillion dollar cost Trump tried to get rid of that the democrats and rinos kept

debt is determined by congress, not the president

congress was screaming crying kicking and screaming, that the $8T was needed to fight the worst pandemic in our lifetime

and, presidents approve budgets they do not like in order to get other parts of their agenda passed

Trump's legal team told the high court, "A denial of criminal immunity would incapacitate every future President with de facto blackmail and extortion while in office, and condemn him to years of post-office trauma at the hands of political opponents."

His lawyers added: "The threat of future prosecution and imprisonment would become a political cudgel to influence the most sensitive and controversial Presidential decisions, taking away the strength, authority, and decisiveness of the Presidency."
Fork: I love your handsome avatar! :)

This is really something: the double standard we see here.

Biden took Classifieds when he was not at all entitled to them, as he was just a senator, whereas presidents are authorized to have them. Then there was Hillary and her destroyed Classified docs. But hey, she's royalty, so there's that.

In its brief on the merits submitted this month, the Special Counsel told the high court that "presidents are not above the law."

Comments

So presidents are not above the law, but senators are?

And wannabe presidents like Hillary?

Secretaries of State are above the law

But not presidents named Trump

Goodbye America
So you're saying Trump should be above the law?

There you have it folks.

Nope, Biden dithered, then was embarrassed into returning them when his order to indict Trump was carried out by Reichsleiter Garland.

Oh, and Biden had NO RIGHT to have any documents from when he was a Senator.

Further, while Trump's were stored at his personal residence at MAL which has Secret Service protection, Biden'' were stored in a garage, some had spent time in DC's Chinatown, others were shipped several place by regular courier service, etc.

See: UPenn, which hosts Biden's think tank, sees Chinese donations soar, including from CCP-linked sources
