Lessee..well first...There is no singular 'Left'..just as though there is no singular 'Right'. There is no wall..just some barricades that people can easily move through or around..symbolic, ya know? Requiring ID? I walked though there about 10 times now..no one has asked me anything about ID...not to say that there may or may not be check points..but..do remember that it's a six block area. Very much a street faire vibe....most of the 'occupiers' are locals...and the usual assortment of attention whores and professional protesters. Most people I've talked to view the whole thing as a lark.

I think it's is an immature political stunt...and very particular to Seattle.
