So according to the Michigan House Elections Vice chair it is completely valid to send a declaration to NARA in which you attest you are the actual electors when you're not? Speaking from a place you are not? Attesting to an election result that didn't happen?

I was under the impression that official documents have to be truthful? Isn't that why Hunter Biden is a criminal deserving the death penalty because he attested on a gun form, he didn't have a substance abuse problem?

If a real recount or audit showed Trump won, then the second set of electors was the right set.

It is such a silly presumption, when all court cases of Trump in court contesting the election results.... were LOST..... that a COURT would rule in their favor after the certification in each state, and the State electors voted already.

If there were a miracle, and individual voter fraudster and their vote could be pulled out of the vote tally by candidate and via a new vote count Trump could show he now is the winner, but that just can't be done.... Because votes are separated from the envelopes with the fraudster identity....

And if new electors would need to be sent, they would be legitimately sent with a court ruling and the Governor would need to signature them....

Which these fake electors did not have the governor approval.

Oh, it would make them the electors. Isn't there you know... a procedure for becoming an elector? It seems to me that in your version of an elector it suffices to call myself one as long as my candidate wins. This would create quite a lot of electors.
