Trump discusses John Lewis, and I'm just out of adjectives.

Trump doesn’t know good men so he wouldn’t know John Lewis. Trump knows Stormy Daniels though. And Epstein.

Who says Lewis was a good man??

He was a Govt. leech who sucked off the Govt. tit for decades and accomplished very little.

Trump reached out to him and got rejected. Hell the SOB was all for impeaching Trump and you can bet he was jumping for joy on the collusion bullshit. Just another hack.

As for Daniels. We all know that story and it sure isn't the one in your feeble brain. Oh and as soon as he found out what Epstein was Trump kicked him to the curb. Unlike your pal Clinton who visited Epstein's island many time.

This is the smallest human being I've ever seen. Ever.

In an interview, Trump is asked how he thinks John Lewis will be remembered, Trump (always careful not to annoy his base), once again claimed ignorance: "I don't know. I don't know John Lewis". He couldn't even bring himself to say something nice or decent, not the slightest bit of dignity, not the tiniest amount of respect (always careful not annoy his base).

Then he tops it off with yet another display of what a small and insecure person this man-child is: "He chose not to come to my inauguration".

There are just no words for this. But we do know that we can count on him to claim ignorance, always careful not to annoy his base:

Quit making this man out to be special just because he is black. The guy was an asshole to Trump, so why on earth would Trump go to his funeral?

Lewis never reached out to the President, or to Mr. Trump as a private citizen.

Perhaps he should have, then his heck hole city of Atlanta might have Trump properties today and the city would have a 5 star hotel and some quality residences for the people.

Democrats think that if you so much as accidentally bumped into MLK at any point in your life, you are automatically saint, which is why they make such a big deal about the time he walked across a bridge with him. :cuckoo:

TRUMP not taking the bait and the MSM/liberals whine. It's interesting the article mentions TRUMP not attending the funeral, yet make no comment on if TRUMP was invited to attend.

Rep. Lewis was a Democrat regular who never reached across the aisle and never showed respect for any Republicans. But that being said, he could have still reached across the aisle, asked Donald Trump to deliver his eulogy, and the President still would have done it. But he didn't, Trump was asked not to speak, so he didn't.

Why is this the President's fault?

MLK was a great man. He was all for civil rights forthe blacks in this country. He did what he did knowing full well that some racist asshole would probably kill him one day. He was all about peaceful protests. I can still see him making that great speech he made. I have a dream.

Lewis isn't worthy to kiss that mans hand.

That is probably the first time Trump ever heard of John Lewis
When he refused to attend Trumps inauguration.

He didn’t care about anything else after that

Karma will pay Trump a visit when he passes. Someone will have to build a wall around his gravesite for preventing folks from pissing on it.
I think what's going on is these socialists are saying horrible things to Trump in person, without cameras around, hoping he will say something bad about them in public.
This is what happened with AOC and her staged rant against a Republican congresscritter.
What she said to him to cause him to tell her to get fucked was never mentioned.
Then she goes on the House floor and is given a full hour to give a prepared speech trashing the guy.

This is how communists get in power. By spitting in people's faces and causing a violent reaction....then running in front of the cameras to trash the person they spit on.

MLK led the movement.

John Lewis was on the forefront integrating lunchcounters, Freedom Rides, Marching over the Petus Bridge in Selma

He repeatedly risked his life for Liberty and Justice

LMAO Oh you can bet Trump knows exactly who Lewis was.

Lewis was all for impeaching Trump and he was in on the Russian collusion shit show as well. Lewis wasn't likable at all and he sure sucked off the Govt. tit for decades. He also didn't do much for his constituants. Waste of space and air.

He sure wasn't in the same league as MLK. Now that was a great man. He was all about civil rights for the blacks in America. He did what he did knowing full well some racist asshole could kill him at any time. That was a great man. Lewis wasn't worthy enough to kiss that mans hand.

So what? Most of his life, Lewis was just a liberal political operative, and basically gave up on civil rights. Republican hero MLK died over 50 years ago, and died because of LIBERAL policies. Dr. King was denied a gun permit by the libs, so that when Mr. Ray shot at him, he had not way of responding.

Nah. He rode MLK's coat tails all the way.

If Lewis went into lunch counters and was on freedom rides and marched over a bridge you can bet you ass he knew he wasn't the one who would get beat up or killed.

He wasn't in MLK's league at all. He was a hanger on looking for his 15 minutes of fame. He got that and about 40 years of sucking off the tax payer tit. What a waste of space and air that guy was.

He did the right thing. Lewis was a racist, so if you cannot find anything good to say. Say nothing at all.

Before he showed up in Washington, It wouldn't have surprised me if the blob didn't know who John Lewis was, who Elijah Cummings was, or hell, even who Lindsay Graham was. He's an incurious fool. But he certainly knew who the three are now. One would expect the President to honor a man like Lewis. But we've come to know the blob to be only interesting when he's being cruel.
Lewis was a racist who got rich on the backs of his own people.

Yes they were but MLK was the face of that movement. And what a great man he was.
