He got the ball rolling. He even has EU Leaders and Zelenskyyyy discussing further prospects to work for Ukraine. It is more of a Europe problem than it is a U.S. problem, so that too is progress. He is quite willing to order or approve assassination of a truly evil bad actor who facilitates the death of many. Like Reagan, Trump's policy is that if you target and harm an innocent American, the retaliation will be certain, swift, and generally deadly. Iran threatened the world with its nuclear program, and he used our considerable fire power to destroy that program.

Anti-war doesn't mean turning the other cheek when nothing is accomplished by that. It means mostly not creating situations or provocations that invite war, not having hundreds, thousands, million of people killed because of somebody's nefarious political ambitions.

When he says he is on neither side in the Ukraine/Russia war, he is saying that he wants both sides to stop killing people even as he is unwilling to allow Russia to have its way in conquering the independent nation of the Ukraine.

This is an America first agenda as he doesn't want American resources, time, energy, effort wasted on these senseless, meaningless wars.

If somebody lobbed rockets or missiles at us, they can expect to be obliterated with all the force necessary to do that and we can muster the force necessary to obliterate anybody. I imagine Trump would not be in favor of a PC 'woke' war in any sense.
