Trump Demands Supreme Court Rein In Lawless Leftwing Tyrants in Judge's Robes

Judges are confirmed by the US Senate, Trump was not.

And judges standing in the war of our presidents agenda, is because they first stand for the US Constitution, and the laws of the US, as their oath of office requires.
So somehow its unconstitutional to fire a government employee?... this is why its going to be over ruled... the judges who are resisting the people will lose in the end... they are just trying to slow Trump's roll... pathetic....

The Constitution gives presidents Article 2 powers, the judges don't have any power to overrule a president who uses his Article 2 powers. Roberts needs to make that clear.

Judges can't tell generals how to run a war
Judges can't tell NIH how to develop vaccines
Judges can't tell the Supreme Court how to rule
Judges can't tell Congress how to write laws
Judges can't tell presidents how to run the Executive Branch

The constitution gives the legislature the power to make the laws. And they made laws over it's employees.

Section 4302.

Establishment of performance appraisal systems

"(a) Each agency shall develop one or more performance appraisal systems which --,

"(1) provide for periodic appraisals of job performance of employees;

"(2) encourage employee participation in establishing performance standards; and

"(3) use the results of performance appraisals as a basis for training, rewarding, reassigning, promoting, reducing in grade, retaining, and removing employees;

Judges can't tell Congress how to write laws
Judges can't tell presidents how to run the Executive Branch
Let's start with: Judges can't tell presidents how to run the Executive Branch

If the president runs the executive branch in contradiction to the US Constitution, and the laws passed by congress, the judicial system can enjoin the president from breaking the law.
They won't tell the president how to run the executive branch, but they will tell him how he can't run the executive branch.

That law does not say the president SHALL. It uses words like "encourage" employees.

That law has no sway over Article 2 powers.

They are going to be fired this just delays the whole process....

It only encourages employee participation, the rest is under the heading

They may very well all be fired, but they have to be fired in accordance with the laws written by congress.

Until then, judges get to stop the executive branch from doing it wrong.

The president is suppose to be upholding the Constitution too.

Many will take the deal offered because its a better deal than what is in the laws written by congress....

This was evident in the WA democrat legislature's response to the SCOWA order re: McCleary--funding of public schools. The court ruled that the state's paramount duty was FULLY funding public schools as directed in the constitution. They levied a $100K/day fine against the state that would be applied to public ed. That was in 2015. Three years later, the state finally complied. Problem was, the fines were never paid. Congress holds the purse strings and they didn't fund the fine. So much for the courts.
I think you mean state legislature, don't you? Congress has nothing to do with state issues.

The president is suppose to be upholding the Constitution too.

The only enforcement mechanisms to have the president uphold the Constitution according to his sworn oath, is by the judicial branch (court orders) and the legislative branch (impeachment)

Didn't Obama say, elections have consequences?
Yes he did.
And the consequences of the latest election is increased food prices, increased unemployment, the stock market correction (10% drop).

Not even. 2 months in. Trump has lowered inflation. Lowered gas prices, working on ending the Russia war, and lowering interest rates. I know those things don't matter to you, but it does for working people.
