I watched the entire video. It's nothing like you said. Trump was in full control of both the conversation and the news conference. Trump was magnanamous as always, but he did manage to slip a zinger in as only Trump can do. "We'll get it fixed permanently", meaning "NO MORE election shenanigans. No more environmentalist nutso whacked-out practices that caused this fire".
