The solution is to throw them out of office. DO NOT re-elect them.

I've been presented this scenario with someone I might show some support for. It's noted that they likely wouldn't live up to their promises. I then say if not I would not vote to re-elect them.

When they lie to us, vote them out. Sadly far too many only care about politics as opposed to principles. "Yeah, he lied but he is our guy so................"

Well, they always end up approving it. And it's not like I'm taking the GQP seriously here.

When we make bills, we need to pay them without drama. The lack of fiscal sanity is another issue/problem. That's where the mess occurs.

Personally, I think that both taxing and spending should be addressed at the same time, in the same package.
