It's not really a very important case in terms of constitutional law.
You MAGAts need to remember that the SCOTUS doesn't exist just to help Donald Trump escape justice once his appeals are exhausted and he's abused and stalled the legal system as long as he can.
The SCOTUS kinda has more to do than be Donald Trumo's wet nurse.

If a further appeal would be in favor of Letitia James on this issue , then the court would hear the case as the definition of what an excessive fine in the 8th Amendment would be a constitutional issue.
