He said the privately funded group based its challenge on a “ragtag group of theories” under the Administrative Procedure Act and the Constitution, and would have a better chance of success if it amended the lawsuit.

Why, it is a quarter month old and it ended up right where everyone always new it would be, with some crazy off the wall scheme only Trump could think up much less dare and even succeed at, and we all know that when finished, it will be even nicer than anyone could have imagined, and in the future will be the showpiece and pride of the White House.
