Circumstantial so far but let’s look at two things.

1- The democrats will shut down the government and SNAP for months with no concern for poor people but get all up in arms over foreigners getting aid. Probably because the can’t line their pockets with SNAP as easily as they can with USAID. They certainly don’t give a **** about either of the actual people.

2- Since USAID was shut down democrats are struggling with funding. Suddenly they don’t have tens of millions in “donations” they had before. Kind of an interesting side effect don’t you think?

“No one has died,” Rubio insisted.

It was not an especially believable claim, even then. But death from disease and starvation can be difficult to detect quickly. And it had been less than five months since Trump had signed an executive order halting global assistance—or since then-adviser Elon Musk had tweeted gleefully about “feeding USAID into the wood chipper.”

That was a reference to the United States Agency for International Development, which John F. Kennedy established in 1961 to help the world’s neediest people and make America safer by promoting stability and generating goodwill abroad. Trump and his team decided to dismantle the agency because it was supposedly too “woke” or too wasteful—or, maybe, because it was an easy first step in their radical downsizing of the federal government.1

You can't simultaneously be for the preservation of human life (or at least certain human lives, ie. white christians) and enact policies that kill humans.

Did it really get burned? I remember the news stories about how it was about to be burned any minute, but I never saw any dramatic video of food being burned.

The expiration dates on food are very arbitrary. My guess (and it is only a guess) is that the food was incected, including opening and testing random container, and it was give a new expiration date. That's what should have happened

So if Trump cares about Christians or anyone else in Nigeria, all he needs to do is restore aid and let babies live.
