Fox News has never edited content by editing an incoherent answer to something more coherent or taking answers from one question and making it look like the answer to another question. And then presenting the edited clip as an authentic interview in order to promote one political candidate over another.
The new FCC Director, Brendan Carr, is quoted as saying you can't do that without consequence and has asked for the unedited CBS transcript in order to make a ruling on the matter. He may rule that it was not a sufficiently egregious offense but at least he intends to apply the FCC rules on record that Biden's FCC Director shrugged off.
I linked Fox News on this as the legacy media, almost all of whom have been guilty of rigged news, of course won't report it at least in any significant way.
