My mind is here in 2025. You think there were many people who wanted to or thought it possible to, replace whites in the 1950s?
It doesn't matter what kind of show it is. CNN is under no obligation to make a news show you take seriously and the daily show can be a source of news to people who like to laugh while being informed. I think Fox is a joke, does that mean they have to shut down now?
Even if that were true, so what? It would be Kamala Harris' place to decide to sue if she thought she was edited out of context to the point of libel or defamation.

Because the people who own the company have a giant merger that is pending. That's the problem when corporations owning news programs and a society where everyone is more concerned with making money than arriving at the truth. That's the irony of all this. They might settle and in so doing give the impression that Trump had some sort of point when they just didn't care about Trump trying to stick them for a few mill in the middle of a merger that is going to make them billions.
Let's say CNN was trying to help her. What's even illegal about that? What law says they can't?
