The Transportation Secretary asked people to take some pride in their appearance and not dress like slobs when they fly. In response, the low human capital of America decided to dress themselves up as trailer trash and look like even bigger slobs in public.

Boy, they sure owned him....

Sucks I suppose that American's have freedoms and aren't a big fan of big government preaching to them.

When the government instructs you to do something, you need to jump and fall in line, right?

Get on out there and look like a big piece of trash in public. Take no pride for your appearance. Have no self-respect whatsoever. Look repulsive to your fellow passengers and stick it to the man, baby.

South Park logic.

It was a weird tangent Secretary of The Real World went off on to begin with when he raised that topic originally. I really don't care what people wear as long as they aren't stinky with BO or perfume, and they place their baby in checked baggage.

You seem pro dress code. It was just a suggestion. Should all men wear hats?

They certainly have no personal pride or sense of decorum. Scum defends scum.

It's the airlines themselves that need to have/enforce a dress code before they let them through the gate and onto an aircraft.

Some people were just not meant to fly the cattlecars of the skies.....Make Greyhound great again!

Look at all that (now non existent) leg room.

Yeah sorry but the comments from Duffy were stupid.
I don't fly much but whenever I do how I dress is often dependent on how long I'm going to be on a flight or stuck at an airport.
It would have been one thing to remind people to follow airport rules regarding attire that is prohibited, but to tell people to dress nice was out of touch.

The airlines can't, because they would be sued.

That is where we are at, slobs all around us and someone in a dirty black robe ready to enable them over 'civil rights'.

Their aircraft, their rules.

I wish it were like that, as it used to be, but it isn't, not in the world created by those in dirty black robes.

Right up there with "disparate impact" nonsense.

I wish we had known sooner that the way to end the plague of libs in America was for trump to tell them NOT TO play in rush hour traffic
