From my understanding the legislation they are supposed to pass sometime this year has an increase of ICE agents in it. This will change things up.

that's going to work out great.

Ther has to be a law enforcement element here or someone's going to jail for car theft. That is, if someone wants that to happen, which I doubt.

#1 Mark the vehicles/tags

#2 When not possible, have a folding sign that goes in the windshield. If Subaru can figure out how to make one I'm sure ICE can hire them if they need help.
