Database of violent men could act as ‘early warning system’
Ministers are considering plans for a national register to monitor men who harass or are violent to women in response to an outcry over the murder of Sarah Ever

A registry of wife beaters and the like would be useful. I believe that in the US many of the mass shooter community have convictions for violence against women. Society should keep a tab on these people and lives would be saved.
I also think that women should have access to these files if, for example, they are getting married and want to check the fellow out. I o not believe that to be the case with the sex offenders register.
Nonces should forgo human rights and the public needs to be protected.
