One has to be legally in the country, with permission, in order to apply for a social security number. This includes those who have student and work visas.

Anyone heere illegally needs to have their Social Security No. marked "Inactive".

Anyone here illegally who is receiving Social Security benefits (if any) should be disqualified from receiving anything further.

Any funds they've contributed to date - on paper, anyway - are shifted to an Illegal Alien Fund Seizure Pool account or something.

And then we send them back to their home countries.
