this is disgraceful behavior by the GOP house leader. if a democrat (or hell, let's face how popular (or feared) delay is, any other republican, had pulled this stunt, they would have ruined his/her career in short fashion, instead delay is some kind of hero for skirting the law, avoiding the government's investigation, etc etc, despite being rebuked by the house ethics committee numerous times.
