Sad but true. Discrimination against African Americans in US Penal System exists and it is severe.Two women commit the same crime, one is white the other black. Even though the white defendant's specifics on the crime were far worse she got probation while the black woman got some prison time...Ohio Court Sentences Black Woman to 18 Months in Prison the Day After Giving White Woman Probation for Same Crime
This story is based on superficial points.I'd say that story is more a sign that the judge is NFG than anything else. Crooked judges rule this country, right down to the magistrates. My suggestion is to make some useful friends or stay within the law.
