TN State Police Say Abrego Garcia Was Stopped Transporting 7 Illegals in Van from Texas to MD, All Released on Orders from Biden's FBI

Just because some did not get bail does NOT mean one did not get due process. You'll note the claims there are "They". No names no specifics. Why? Because it was a piece just like Tucker's claims of a stolen election. Empty claims with no actual evidence.

Did a small number not get bail? Yes. That happens. A bail hearing is a part of due process.

Were some improperly charged? I believe so BUT that is not a denial of Due Process. I'll tell you what that is. That is what happened to thousands and thousands of individuals over decades and a part of what taking a knee was all about. You know the one's Trump call SOB's and MAGA backed him on.

Trump (and you) completely dismissed their complaints but when it happens to MAGA, well now it's all important.

On this last one, I got to "Tucker Carleson" and quit reading. His lies costs Fox News $800 million dollars and he lost his job over them. Do better.

So, not a single name or instance where anyone was denied Due Process like I said.
Due Process is just that…. A process comprised of different components including rights to a speedy trial. Show US where every person charged in J6 had a speedy trial. It’s time for you to back your statements with supporting facts and independent verifications.

pknopp will be a while emailing his handlers for his talking points on that one.
Clearly, there is a sense of entitlement to have their opinions held as fact with no supporting evidence while holding others accountable to provide supporting evidence.

No one was denied that. Some did not get a speedy trial but that was on them.

Well no. You say it didn't happen so it's on you to show that. I asked, just one name.

Evidence of your claim.

And Trump violated it. For him to be able to do that, the person was once again allotted due process.
President Trump acted on the due process afforded in a court of law.

A removal order was issued, he was removed.

Period.

Jeez, you libtards sure are a whiny lot.

Why weren't you whining when 15 million illegals were pouring across our borders in direct violation of the law?

You need to back this statement up with facts and not rely solely on what lies between your ears.

That you wish to continue to post the situation dishonestly tells me this is all a waste of time.

No I don't. You made the claim. It never happened and I've already proven that by the fact you can't back up your claim.

Yes. You're wasting your time. And ours. Garcia ain't coming back.

Nope.
At the end of the day he was here illegally.
So putting aside the fact that several judges and ICE officials officially designated garcia as ms 13, and the fact that ms 13 is now designated a terrorist group, and the fact that he beat his wife, and the fact that she had a restraining order, and the fact that he was allegedly caught trafficking humans, and he was caught in an ms 13 gang sweep with other ms 13 leaders, it's all beside the point.
He was an illegal alien who received due process with an order to deport and he is now back in his home country.

You haven’t proven shit. No where have you even countered my claims with independent, verifiable facts. You assume a position of intellectual intelligence and hold everyone accountable to standards that you don’t hold yourself.

Edward Lang. Thomas Webster.

Edward Lang didn't get bail. Due process does not guarantee you bail. He appealed a charge which is why it was dragging out.

He got due process.

Thomas Webster was sentenced to 10 years in prison which means he obviously got due process.
You bought the lies.

Speedy trial and the Sixth Amendment are an integral part of Due Process. This was not in place in either case. At this point, it’s your interpretation vs. my interpretation and you have yet to provide any validation or credibility accept for claiming “lies”.

A speedy trial is up to the defendant also. If they continue to make appeals, it gets drug out. If he had wanted a simple trial he could have had one.

Due process also allows for a defendant to make appeals and ask for delays which is what happened.

No, there is no interpretation. You simply bought the lies but all the same, most argue that hundreds were denied due process.

It never happened.
