If this is true then it seems clear that the Judicial Branch has lost its objectivity and abrogated its responsibilities in the matter.

And, having lost its objectivity, the Judiciary has overstepped its Constitutional boundaries.

And, having overstepped its Constitutional boundaries, its contrary rulings on the matter should be set aside and not enforced.

That would be radical, so it would be best to have that position confirmed by the Legislative Branch to avoid a prolonged crisis.

A formal Vote of Censure against the Judiciary by the Legislative Branch would do nicely, and that would be achievable.

That's probably the only way to squash related judicial activism in the face of such a declared and valid National Emergency.

None of that matters in the legal argument at hand. The Trump admin broke a court order protecting him from being deported, to the very country the trump admin deported him to, ElSalvador. They did so, without going to the court asking them to reverse it or to cancel the court protection order, as required under the law.

By the Trump admin ignoring the court order and not petitioning them to have the court protection order cancelled....Garcia was deprived of his due process for the govt revocation of the protection given, under the law.

The court, with all the evidence the govt may have presented, could have easily revoked the protection....then off to El Salvador he goes.

But, with the evidence the defendant gives to show his life is still at threat by being sent there, the court could rule the court order protection stays, and the Trump admin would need to deport him to another country that agrees to take him.

What is the purpose of you Trumpers being against correcting an "admitted mistake" by the administration, which defied the law and ultimately the Constitution and due process? Why are you against such a simple thing, that can be easily corrected?

1. Let Trump get on with it, clean up this Nation of free range people south of the border and beyond, its what he intends to do, and what he was hired to do, the other side of politics wants to slow things down, no, and hell no, speed things up! there is a lot of chicken shit that needs cleaning, gather up all these free ranges and pack them in cages in South America countries, feed them food and water, treat them when they are sick, but put them in cages to keep them from coming back, (HERE).

Everyone who gets arrested for being illegally, in USA goes to ones of these cages, perhaps as long as they live, otherwise if we keep turning them loose means we will unnessaryly see them on our streets again, which wont do, they will sneak in here like chikens do, if they get out of thier cages.
3. So, there needs to be a punishment for escaping there cages, what do you think it shoud be?
