Where does it say anything about giving students guns?
Many students are over 21, and have licenses.

Sure it does . I'd be freaked over crazy ass students packing heat . The GA laws doesn't say guns are limited to staff . Meaning students could carry too.

and yes, students, over the age of 21, would be able to carry.
Oh brother , I didn't mean hand them guns. I meant allow them to have guns . That's the premis of the OP.
