A&E made a big fuss, liberals & progressives cheered them. Public outcry was absurd on both ssides. And now A&E backtracks and pretends like nothing happened. MSNBC and numerous othwr leftie outlets got you riled up and for what? Fox News has run with it for weeks and who comes out on top?

I don't think A&E suckered anyone I think they greatly miscalculated the public's reaction to their suspension of Robertson they felt it would be with them turned out not to be the case I also think the misread how the family would react feeling they would dump Phil in order to stay on the show. In my opinion they greatly underestimated how close that family is and also forgot they were rich from the duck call business before they ever had the show that was when A&E realized they were in danger of losing their biggest moneymaker and that they needed the Robertson's way more than they need them and folded like lawn chair.
