Not, "one morning." But after he goes through the process of putting in for retirement. After that he can choose to RETIRE. Quite frankly, it doesn't matter that you don't believe it. Not only do the facts directly prove you are wrong (he actually did retire).
But you have PROVEN yet again to me, that you are willing to claim that you can't pass 3rd grade English, in order to insist that you are somehow not full of shit.
Personally, I'd rather be honest than right. But you do you.

He enlisted for 6 years and enrolled the the CSM academy
Which he never compleated

First, you claim it's somehow illegal for him to retire. And when you can't support that you go right back claiming something else that you can't support.
I showed you an article FROM THE NATIONAL GUARD, that refers to Walz as retired in the grade of of Command Sergeant Major. I showed you the US militaries position on retirement.
Now if you want to insist that you are right that's fine but for the love of God man. Pick an argument.

It is illegal to retire without permission before your enlistment expires
Walz did not fulfill his enlistment which is why he never made CSM

The photograph, taken by Michael B. Brodkorb, was captured on August 4, 2004, as Walz protested outside a campaign rally for President Bush in Mankato, Minnesota.
Tim Walz has consistently portrayed himself as “a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom,” the U.S. military operation in Afghanistan initiated after the September 11 attacks."
According to Free Beacon, it has come to light that Walz never deployed to Afghanistan, nor did he engage in any combat operations during his military career. His service was primarily in Italy, where he supported NATO forces but did not see action in the Middle East.
A video from 2009 recently resurfaced, showing Iraq War veteran David Thul confronting Walz’s aides at his Mankato office regarding these claims. Thul, armed with knowledge and evidence, filmed the encounter and pointed out that Walz’s assertions could be interpreted as violations of the Stolen Valor Act.
During this confrontation, Thul informed Walz’s aides that such misrepresentations could lead to jail time.
Thul presented evidence indicating that while Walz served in a supportive role, he did not serve in Afghanistan or engage in any combat actions. One aide admitted she was “not aware” of Walz serving in Afghanistan.
Thul went on to present the 2004 photo of Walz, holding a sign that says “Enduring Freedom Veterans for Kerry,” to another aide, who acknowledged that constituents could get the false impression that Walz served in Afghanistan."
That picture is supposed to be at a 2004 W rally.
In reality, Tim Walz in THAT PHOTO is WAY OLDER than he was in 2004.

He had a provisional rank .. which means contingent. Walz didn't complete the eligibility requirements to maintain the rank of E-9 after retirement, and was demoted to E-8 for his retirement pay grade. Yet, Walz, continued to embellish this provisional rank after retirement, including on his own bio within the kamala campaign site (which was updated).

So when he says he retired as an E-9 he's not lying. Sure he's getting paid as E-8 now. But he did have the rank, the responsibilities and the pay when still active correct?
Lol, yes Mac here seems to have a terrible problem realizing that the fact that Walz did retire is kind of a pretty clear indicator that he could retire. Mac is one of those people who rather insists that he truly believes one plus one equals purple, rather than concede he's wrong about anything.
LOL .. when he states, "He's a retired E-9 (CSM)", that's just false because he was demoted for failing eligibility requirements. Sorry .. he's embellished his career nearly 20 years after he retired, and the Kamala campaign site captured this before updating the language.
Lol, you are correct. It's amazing how someone that never served will question another man's service record.
