He did nothing for 3 years… in his fourth year you are giving him credit for covid hitting and you are giving him credit for stay in Mexico which he used the covid emergency to deploy. Why didn’t he use that the prior 3 years? Because he couldn’t.
Even if you think Biden did nothing for 3 years that matches Trump’s performance and eventually Biden had a bill to address it that Trump didn’t. Biden didn’t have a covid emergency to use stay in Mexico but he did have a bill lined up.
