Tim Tebow: ‘I will adopt a child from every continent’

He's failed at every other venture. At least he'll be failing some foreigners kid, rather than an American.

Tim Tebow is a really good guy, but I don't understand why so many celebs always want to adopt from another country. They want a "we are the world" right in their own home I guess.:rolleyes-41:

Kids are in need all over the world , but there are many right here in need. Charity starts at home.
Older kids especially have a harder time finding a permanent loving family.
That is not what he learned growing up and a lot of people have forgotten about cleaning their own houses & helping people in their own communities first. I still would not try to bash him for having his own dream though.

One of our adopted is a girl from, China. I shudder to think of the life she would have had as an unwanted girl in China.

True and some of those orphanages in other countries are very bad... life in China as a girl alone would not be good.
I was adopted as a baby in America and always wonder what if I wasnt adopted and had to go through the system during my childhood years. Im probably a bit biased. =)

He is a Christian. His faith isn't inbred with hate. Why is it so many can't just live and let live if the others are not impeding on them or asking them to be force to believe as they do?

The Tebows decided against abortion citing their strong faith (abortion was illegal in the Philippines in any case). On August 14, 1987, she gave birth to Tim in Manila. Tebow is the youngest of five children. He and his siblings were all home schooled by their parents, who instilled the family's Christian beliefs.
It's not about "hate." He can do whatever the hell he wants, but what's the point in robbing other nations of children when he could be looking after those in his own country (and race) first.

We run out of AMERICAN children who would be blessed with a good Christian home?
American children are aborted and their body parts sold.
Only the potentially Alt-Right ones. We buy them and eat them with fava beans and a nice Chianti.

I was considering adopting a 16 Korean girl, but after recovering from the discussion with my wife, I have changed my mind.

He has endorsements from TiVo, Nike, Jockey, and FRS. Combined with his NFL salary, I suspect he is set for life, if he is careful.

I'm not a big proponent of people who don't have to work adopting kids. It's tough to teach kids to be productive when you're sitting home all the time.

Additionally, he's not married.

Somehow this is offending the left. Oh right, he is a white Christian.

I forgot.
Doesn't bother me in the least. I was adopted, and I thank God for the loving family who adopted me. I have an adopted son as well. More people should adopt. I applaud Tebow for wanting to adopt, but there is need here in the US. He doesn't have to go abroad to look for children in need of parents.
