Tibetans in Nepal are angry with the Dalai Lama

There was a strong earthquake in nepla in april and made thousands of tibetans in nepal homeless. Recently some of the tibetans there express their angry with CTA through social network.They said the CTA may busy with preparation for Dalai Lama's birthday celebration.
