Crushed, most of the time. I like to chew on the ice. (I was a fan of pineapple on pizza as well)

Historically ... the oven. But I'm hearing good things about air fryers.

Frying Pans: Cast Iron; Stainless Steel; or Teflon-coated Aluminum?

I luv my Air Fryer.... you should get one lol

Prefer Cast Iron but they are so heavy lol
