Depends on the judge he gets ??? That doesn't cut it, because the judge is supposed to be a strict neutralist and arbiter of the case, and the lawyers are supposed to represent their sides before the judge and jury. The judge is supposed to be highly educated in the law, and he or she is to interpret ,instruct or convey the information within the law to the courtroom, and this by applying it to the case in ways that help all parties to come to a consensus on the facts, and then to present their final assessment to the judge and jury for a verdict to be rendered when all is said and done.

Very true. Why would the prosecution request a bench trial. It is up to the defense to have either jury trial or a bench trial (trial by a judge).

A jury trial would have made more sense for the Rapist and Traitor P01135809, his attorney's failed to request one. The prosecution makes the same regardless, it was defense that fucked up.
